Prices include GST. Patrols, lock-ups and unlocks are per month for a typical commercial site with one scheduled visit per night. Your fixed monthly price is confirmed in a written quote after a free site visit.

Internal & External PatrolGot equipment or buildings you'd like checked inside?Everything in the External Patrol, plus a check of the agreed internal areas: inside buildings, a secured yard or compound, or storage areas. Every scheduled patrol includes a perimeter and external inspection, door and gate checks, photos where appropriate, and a logged, time-stamped report. If we find a problem, we follow your escalation plan straight away. Schools, larger sites and out-of-town work are quoted individually.

How do we prove every patrol?

You shouldn't have to take a security company's word that they turned up. Every visit we make is recorded on our patrol app, and you get a report by email after each one.

The report is sent as soon as the guard finishes, whatever the time. If there's no phone signal on site, it sends as soon as there is. Two sample reports (the site and names are made up):

Pringle Solutions is a family-run business based in Timaru. We run the patrols ourselves, answer our own phone and write our own reports. Our director has worked patrols, lock-ups and alarm responses across Timaru, Waimate and Ashburton, so we know the area and the work.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. The service runs month to month. Either of us can end it with 14 days' written notice, with no cancellation fee.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly price, confirmed in writing after a free site visit. All prices include GST. There are no fuel or public holiday surcharges on scheduled visits.

How do I know you actually turned up?

Our guard scans tags placed around your site, and every scan is timed. A report is emailed to you after each visit. See how it works.

What happens if you find a problem?

We follow the escalation plan agreed with you. If there's an immediate risk to people or property, we call the emergency services first.

Can you come out outside the schedule?

Yes. Extra call-outs within the Timaru area are $60, including up to 30 minutes on site. If we need to stay longer, such as after a break-in or while waiting for a keyholder or emergency services, additional time is $50 an hour, charged in 15-minute blocks. Pre-booked static guarding is coming soon, subject to availability.

Do you guarantee my site won't be broken into?

No one honestly can. Patrols check, deter and report. They reduce risk, but they don't replace your own alarm and insurance.
